近两年,HMOs很火,宣传和布局HMOs的奶粉品牌增多,粉哥不完全统计了86款宣传含有HMOs的新国标奶粉,发现飞鹤、伊利、海普诺凯1897、佳贝艾特、菲仕兰、a2、惠氏、君乐宝、蒙牛、合生元、美赞臣、圣元、贝因美、宜品、蓝河等品牌旗下都有HMOs奶粉,且有的品牌还布局了多款,具体产品宝妈们可见下表:



这其中,粉哥发现很多热门奶粉都含有HMOs,比如牛奶粉中的飞鹤星飞帆卓睿、海普诺凯荷致、金领冠珍护铂萃、美素佳儿源悦、a2至初、惠氏启赋蓝钻、君乐宝优萃宝爱、合生元派星、瑞哺恩恩至、贝因美爱加、旗帜帜亲、花冠与爱等,宝妈们可以关注。



含类HMOs的羊奶粉也有不少,比如飞鹤小羊妙可、金领冠悠滋小羊、佳贝艾特悦白、宜品铂能、君乐宝臻唯爱、合生元可贝思亲呵、美赞臣纯冠贝悦、圣元法兰贝尔、德瑞兰帝、蓝河羊奶粉、御宝至护优等产品,想选羊奶粉的宝妈可以关注。有相关研究显示羊乳中含有的天然类HMOs种类较牛乳更多[1],因此产品中的HMOs与羊乳原料有一定的相关性。



宣传含HMOs的有机奶粉相对较少,宝妈们可在飞鹤臻稚卓蓓、金领冠塞纳牧、佳贝艾特晶绽、君乐宝优萃、贝拉米诺瑞儿、皇家美素佳儿莼悦等产品中选择。



宝妈们除了可以关注牛、羊、有机不同品类的HMOs奶粉。值得一提的是,就像粉哥之前和大家科普的一样,HMOs的种类是非常多的,目前母乳中已被鉴定有超过200种HMOs,并且不同的HMOs有不同的作用。所以,宝妈们也可以关注HMOs奶粉中含有的HMOs种类数和种类。在能查询到含有HMOs具体种类的产品中,HMOs的种类数多在5-6种,核心涉及6'-SL、6'-GL、4'-GL、3'-SL、3'-GL、3-FL这6个HMOs种类,这些HMOs可以促进宝宝肠道健康、免疫调节及脑体发育,其中部分还有助于缓解食物性过敏。比较常见的HMO的作用可见下图。

另外,有很多宝妈疑惑为什么在新国标产品配料表看不见HMOs,这是因为目前新国标HMOs奶粉产品中的HMOs还是核心来源于乳原料低聚半乳糖,没有产品将HMOs作为单独配料添加在奶粉中。


所以,那怎么判断一款新国标奶粉是否含有HMOs呢?这里粉哥也给大家总结了一些经验,宝妈宝爸在选购奶粉时可以上奶粉智库小程序进行查询,如果其带有“乳源HMO”“HMO”的标签,那么该款奶粉就含有HMOs;也可以到对应产品的企业官方网站/公众号/旗舰店查询相应产品的介绍信息,比如检测报告。

与新国标奶粉不同的是,跨境购奶粉产品通常将HMOs作为单独配料加入,可在配料表或营养成分表查看所添加的HMOs种类和含量。并且,跨境购HMOs奶粉虽然多数也含有5-6种HMO种类,但6'-SL、3'-SL、3-FL、2'-FL、LNT这5种HMO是跨境购奶粉含有的HMO的核心种类,与新国标HMOs奶粉有一些区别。所以,宝妈们也可以关注结合HMOs的种类和种类数去选择跨境购HMO奶粉。



具体来看,达能、菲仕兰、a2、雀巢、金领冠珍护铂金、海普诺凯、佳贝艾特、贝拉米、Arla、优博剖蓓舒、优博瑞霂等品牌都有布局跨境购HMOs奶粉,这些HMOs产品同样以牛奶粉为主,羊奶粉有机奶粉品类相对较少,同时还有部分特配粉产品含有HMOs,宝妈们可以结合需求进行选择。
